Where is the coffee roasted?

We currently rent some commercial kitchen space in Ulverstone, Tasmania and roast on our very own 1kg Aillio Bullet Roaster ( she’s a beast! )

Where is the coffee from?

Our green beans are mainly from our favourite Columbian supplier and we use these across all of our flavoured and barrel aged products unless otherwise specified on the label!

When are the beans flavoured?

Our beans are flavoured naturally when they are still green beans before we roast them! We only use natural ingredients and no artificial flavouring what so ever and take advantage of the porous nature of green beans and let them naturally absorb those beautiful flavours and aromas pre roast!

Do the barrel aged beans contain alcohol?

Absolutely not! In the roasting process, any residual alcohol that may be on the beans prior to roasting is completely burnt off. We roast our beans to over 200 degrees celsius so it gets rid of any ethanol or nasties in the process!
